TNA's David Young
This was our very first interview dated back to July, 2006. David was in a transitional period in TNA and was just leaving TNA after his "Diamonds in The Rough" story had played out. David was really willing to talk with us, but wasn't prepared to open up about everything due to the uncertainty of his career. Thus you'll a short, watered down interiew with him. Nonetheless, David was great to talk to and we are appreciative of his time.
1. Recently I posted on your myspace a video of you wrestling Alex Wright in WCW. How long did you wrestle there?
I was there from 93 till 94
2. How has the business changed in the past 10 years?
It hasn't really the fans have they go in circles, it will be old school then hard core, I think we stay pretty much the same because it all comes back to wrestling sooner or later.
3. If you had to compare yourself with another wrestler, not just technically, but by passion, who would it be?

4. If given the chance, would you go to ECW?
I am happy with TNA right now
5. I know just about anyone born or raised in Georgia usually has wrestling in thier blood. Besides that factor, are there any other inspirations you had to become a wrestler
I grew up in East Tennessee and I was always a huge Mr. Wrestling 2 fan.
6. Wrasslin' or Sports Entertainment?
I like a mix of both.
7. Is shooting someone in the face legal, as long you mistake your victim for a bird?
YES!
8. Who is your favorite opponent?
AJ Styles
9. Is Honky Tonk Man the greatest Intercontinental Champion? (Had to ask!)
YES!
10. Favorite Wrestlemania moment?
Steamboat vs Savage
11. Best wrestling gimmick ever?
The Undertaker
12. Has there ever been a time when you watched a match, either WWE/TNA/Indy, where you were totally pulled into the match, by the planning and work that all participants put in. If so what match and who was involved?

18. Your thoughts on Eddie Guerrero's death?
He was a great guy and he will be missed by a lot of people, he was always one of my hero's.
19. What can wrestling fans expect from David Young the rest of the year?
I have no clue. I feel like David Young needs to reinvent himself.
